Services

Everything we do, and what each part includes.

Eleven services in five groups. Which ones you get depends on your plan, and each entry says which. Nothing here is sold as a surprise extra.

Support

The people you talk to when something is not working.

Service desk

Every plan

Our service desk takes your requests by portal, email and phone. Every request becomes a ticket with an owner, a priority and a history you can read.

  • Help for your staff with sign-in, email, printing, software and devices
  • Remote fixes first, so most problems do not wait for a visit
  • Business-hours help desk in Essentials. After-hours support in Secure and Complete
  • Tickets and their status visible in the client portal
How to reach support

Systems

The day-to-day care that keeps equipment working and data recoverable.

Endpoint and patch management

Every plan

Every laptop, desktop and server is monitored and kept up to date.

  • Operating system and application updates, tested and scheduled
  • Health monitoring for disk, memory and failing hardware
  • Baseline endpoint security on every device

Network management

Every plan

Your firewall, switches and Wi-Fi, watched and maintained.

  • Monitoring of network equipment and your internet connection
  • Firmware updates and configuration backups
  • We deal with your internet company when the line is at fault

Microsoft 365 and cloud

Every plan

Accounts, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint and licences, administered for you.

  • Users, groups, shared mailboxes and permissions
  • Licence tracking, so you pay for what you use
  • Sign-in and sharing settings kept to a secure standard

Backup and disaster recovery

Monitoring in every plan. Managed backup and recovery in Secure and Complete

A backup only counts if it restores. In Essentials we monitor the backups you have. In Secure and Complete we run them.

  • Backup jobs checked, and failures followed up
  • Test restores, so you know the data comes back
  • A written recovery plan that says what is restored first

Security

Security is part of the service. Every plan includes baseline protection on every device. Secure, the plan we recommend, includes all five items below.

52% of companies turn to a managed IT provider when their security tools become too many to manage.

Source: Barracuda, MSP Customer Insight Report, 2025
  1. Threat detection and response EDR / MDR

Software on each device watches for the behaviour of an attack, not only known viruses. Our engineers review alerts and isolate a device when needed.

    Secure and Complete

  2. Email security

Filtering for phishing, malicious links and attachments before they reach the inbox.

    Secure and Complete

  3. DNS filtering

Blocks known harmful websites on your devices, in the office and away from it.

    Secure and Complete

  4. Security awareness training

Short lessons and practice phishing emails for your staff, with results you can see.

    Secure and Complete

  5. Vulnerability management

Regular scans for missing fixes and weak settings, with a list of what we fixed and what needs your decision.

    Secure and Complete

  6. 24/7 security monitoring

Security alerts watched around the clock. This applies to security monitoring in the Complete plan, not to the help desk.

Compliance support

Reporting in Complete

We help you prepare for an audit, an insurance questionnaire or a client's security review. We keep the technical records and produce the reports. We do not certify you. That is the auditor's job.

  • Reports on patching, backup, access and training
  • Technical controls set up to match the framework you work to
  • Compliance consulting, such as writing your policies, is quoted separately

No security service can promise that a breach will never happen. What we commit to is the work: the controls in place, the alerts reviewed, and a plan for the bad day.

Planning

Decisions about what to buy, replace and change, made ahead of time.

vCIO strategy

Quarterly review in Secure. Dedicated vCIO in Complete

A vCIO is a senior adviser who does the job of an IT director for a company that does not need one full time.

  • A quarterly review of tickets, risks and upcoming costs
  • A technology plan and budget you can take to your board

Procurement and lifecycle

Every plan. Hardware itself is quoted separately

We specify, order and set up equipment and licences, and track when each item is due for replacement.

  • A register of devices, warranties and licences
  • Replacement planned before equipment fails
  • Old devices wiped before disposal

Projects

Scoped and quoted separately

Office moves, migrations, new sites and major upgrades are projects. Each one gets a written scope and a price before work starts.

  • A fixed scope, so you know what is in and what is out
  • Carried out by our engineers, who already know your systems

Co-managed IT

For companies with their own IT staff.

Co-managed IT

By quote

Your IT team keeps control. We add the monitoring and patching tools, an escalation desk for the hard tickets, and security cover.
